Good question. I will update the advert to make this more clear - They are 10KG each so 20KG combined.

Weights are never to light! Great for warm up's, definition exercises, shaping, burnout's, forearm training etc...

They were indeed very good - I also agree in that they are perfect for warm ups etc.

Already got something else that can be used.
