Driving home today from work.popped round to see a mate pulled on drive and it knocked.so drove home steady jacked car up and the wish bone as snapped again....

Seriously.....do you have suspension??? Sounds like the dampers stuck, or the pivot points (front bush and console bush) are seized, or the wishbones are as dodgey as hell!

Hello, everything is fitted right but it had a pair of wish bones last year which must have been made of edam cheese.

Plus the car is lowered by 40mm with ployflex fronts and the oem uprated rears with 20mm fk wheel adapters which must not help!!!

Were the wishbone patterns parts perchance? I hate to say this, but lowering does put extra strain on the suspension as it bottoms out more often. When the suspension runs out of travel, all of the force is applied onto the wishbone.

Imagine if that wishbone had broken at speed on a motorway.

I'm decked on coilovers and have never bottomed out, surely luke and ross's wishbones would have broke jumping If that were the reason?
