Hi iv just bought a 2002 octavia tdi 110bhp and there's a bad blow coming from around the intercooler on the front right,my question is are the 90 and 110 the same intercooler and will any of the vw golf ones fit ether?

Intercoolers are same on 90 and 110.

Are you sure the blowing isn't just caused by a poor pipe connection near to the intercooler?

As mbames stated the pipe from the pancake pipe to the intercooler is prone to blowing off.

Yep, same thing happened to me once, sorted with jubilee clip, job jobbed.
