Pollen Filter

Featured Replies

I would appreciate any comments on the frequency of changing the pollen filter. The manual mentions two years/30,000 kms and in one part of the service handbook, 60,000kms. Is the distance driven critical?

Each year doing my own service I renew all 4 filters. - Oil - Air - Fuel - Pollen + oil change.emoticon-0148-yes.gif

As no labour costs involved and its so simple/easy to carry-out, with the satisfaction its a job well done.emoticon-0148-yes.gif

I will say mine is fixed servicing at 10,000 miles/ 12 months.

Pollen filters are every 20,000 miles.

On the Superb II it is mounted in the same place as the Octavia II and the yeti (same heater box) under the passenger side of the dash. There iis a panel that slides to the left and it drops out.
