What would you change in the Yeti

Featured Replies

Pretty well everything suggested so far drops into the "niceties" category, and implies that the good old Yeti ain't too bad as it came!

Move the heated mirror switch from the door and combine with HRW switch.

Put the 'headlights on' warning gong on dipped beam not just side lights.

Protect the whole bottom of the doors with 3M stone chip clear foil. Make the front mud flaps longer. And make the paint more stone chip proof.

Fit an MP3/ USB plug in on the front of the basic E/ S spec radio.

Put indent in roof lining to help with pull down of sun visors with drivers right hand.

Re profile the shape of the door mirror mounting to stop it diverting rain water across the drivers side window.

Make heater controls 'heavier' so that they feel connected to something. The white markers on heater controls need to show on the front face of the knobs - at the moment they are invisible around the six oclock position.

The milometer need to show when the car is moving.

As you can see I do 'nitpick' - the car is still brilliant - just incorporate the above into the Yeti 2.

I think this subject has been covered ad infinitum over countless pages here:

Oh Yea. I forgot about the wipers...and while were at it, can I have a steering wheel with a diameter about 1" greater,so I can position it were I want it ,and still be able to read the top of the speedo and rev counter dials without ducking my head down.:giggle:

and when the doors open on a wet day, water pours on to the seats and you get a wet bum :dull:
