Givin' a dog a bone!

Not really an insurance issue I don't think, its not there to uprate suspension or to boost power, its just a cheaper alternative to buying a full bush that just happens to be abit stiffer ;)

Things like bushes, I wouldn't consider them to be a performance upgrade its an upgraded replacement part.

Takes 5 mins to fit, just fitted the old one off my vrs to our lass's golf

I red on the S3 forums that the RED version (for diesel) is the best choice, softer than the yellow one,no vibrations at idle and low revs.

Just been looking through the threads, can't seem to find any that mentions torque. What should it all be torqued back up to afterwards?

Just so its tight. Just don't over tighten it! Common sense really

Got the red powerflex one fitted to mine yesterday, gearchange is so much better than before and car feels a lot nicer to drive as a result.

It is a little bit louder at idle but this might settle down after a while and is not a major annoyance anyway.
