Hello from a Cypriot :)

Hey all...

I've been on this site for quite some time now, and I'm enjoying it everytime I'm on I live in the United Arab Emirates (I'm sure many of you only know this place as Dubai) and have been for the past 23 years, even though I'm half Cypriot and half filipino.

I got myself a black 2.0ltr Fabia exactly two years ago from last month, today's date (call me sad, I actually remember when I got my car), and I have had no problems with it since I got it. I haven't even changed my brake pads yet, and I've got 62,000kms on it (and they still don't need changing yet).

It's been visually modified, with a complete body kit (less skirts), spoiler, silver grilles, exhaust tip, 50% reflective window tint and foliatec red valve caps.

Inside, I have the vRS seats, except I don't have the badging on them, and the colour coding is black & red. Silver vent frames and gear lever frame. Race pedals and a newly installed floorpan aluminum sheet (driver's side only).

Performance-wise, not much at all. My car sits on 15" alloys and has been lowered (H&R) about 40mm, so it's pretty low. Just ordered a new airfilter that I've been told (by the K&N distributor here in Dubai)will give me about 7bhp, which I don't think is bad at all

My car is the only one of its kind with a full kit, silver grills and the rest of the mods I mentioned above in this country, so I'm kinda proud :P
