I AM IN KENT SO AMD (REVO)OR JABBASPORT (LONDON) .

IS IT ALSO TRUE THAT YOU DO GET A BETTER MPG AS WELL (REALLY)

ANY SUGGESTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS WOULD BE GREAT .

Unit 18, about an hour up the road, full vag master tech support and advice from Alistair, no bull**** up front garage.

Iv had a remap from them, and my hybrid 150 mapped by them, 100% top notch work. Smooth, exactly as I asked can't recommend enough!

I recommend Shark Performance as well. You then get to try it out on the way home :lol:

Just to throw in another option - Ive just gont to R-Tech and they were top notch. Same no bullsh*t advice, said exactly as it was. rolling road, full car healthcheck which revealed i have a slight boost leak around the EGR - Which is being swapped ou this weekend with a delete pipe. they also map out the EGR, so a delete pipe wont throw up an error on a BLT engine.

EDIT: They dont go silly either. Im now on 170bhp (with a slight boost leak)and 300lb/ft.

another vote for Shark

and yes MPG does go up but then only if you dont use the extra power

if you use the additional power then MPG will go down but in like for like driving you will get better MPG from a mapped vs standard car.

I`ve always used Jabba ---they are very good with good service.....

How can you compare the 2 anyway?how aggressive the map or by price?

angel tuning- I've heard mixed reviews a few quite bad.

I wouldn't go anywhere but Shark in Mansfield. The STS let's you map the car yourself and I've never heard anyone say anything bad about Shark. Not one bad review or report.

I used to buy a lot of stuff at JabbaSport but they basically just ignored me when I needed a warranty replacement on a Koni FSD shock absorber, so they won't be getting any more of my money. Their rolling road is also reputed to be extremely optimistic.

On the flip side of that, i bought a Octavia that had a Jabba map put on by the previous owner, and when i had an issue, even though i wasn't the original customer, they done all they could to help with my query.

Just looked on their site, £380 + vat for a generic map? I`d rather pay Unit 18 £250 for as custom thanks

Custom Code/JBS changed hands or the original people left and basically now no-one has a good word to say about them. JBS is basically synonymous with avoid on the Audi TT forums.

Has anybody ever used or heard of Diesel Bob Tuning (UK) Ltd, in Ribchester?I was recommended to go there by a lad I used to work with but haven't heard about them before or any other info?
