depending on the weather i may be coming, is this gunna be a 2 day meet or just the saturday

Wouldn't have minded a 2 day meet with camping however, not everyone is available both days and it's late november, etc... But I wouldn't be bothered about camping in a field B)

Suggestions for the locations, as follows:

Newlands Valley

Honister Pass

Kirkstone Pass

Hardknott and Wrynose Pass (with an option to go an explore Cathedral Cave, Little Langdale)

Alston & Hartside Cafe

The exact route is yet to be confirmed, so any ideas are welcome. :)

Depending on whether people are up for camping, this could also be arranged, but this isn't a necessity in late November really... Just another idea. B)

Wish my car was being built before mid December!!!

Dunno what route you've got planned or the extent of your local knowledge but the Passes could be very tricky if not impassable late November especially first thing in the morning (Hardknott and Wrynose being the worst) if it's frosty..

Might be worth taking into consideration an alternate route for inclement weather?

Exactly Sandy, personally I'm ruling out Hardknott and Wrynose for this one, especially as daylight will be limited too. Anyway Sandy youre more than welcome to bring whatever car you have now though, doesn't bother me at all what cat people bring

But fear not everyone theres plenty of nice roads left to pick from.

I'm not a fan of publicly posting the precise route on a public forum as you never know who's watching, but I'll do a google maps link for you, and send it in a pm to those that want it. How does that sound?

u can pm me with the info please cheers
