      I have just got back from a gentle drive up to Manchester yesterday and drive home this evening after a day long meeting. As always the car was very comfortable. What amazed me was the fuel consumpt

    They haven't yet got the car, so no image. They will recheck the spec when they get the car. So I was told when I spoke to them earlier :rofl:

    This is my Freelander 1, TD4 auto from 2006.

    It has been lifted by 40mm, but has been lowered by about 8mm due to having my Yeti winter tyres 215/60 R16's rather than 215/65 R16's.

    The mods being 225/65 R17 General Grabber AT tyres, which give the best part of 30mm extra ride height, so along with the lift kit, I now have about the same ground clearance as a standard Defender.

    With all the chargers around, you can do way more than 100 miles at a time, just need a break to recharge to 80% in 30 mins.
