Hi there just fitted a boost gauge to my mk1 octavia vrs and its not reading right it's a turbo tim gauge any idear what this maybe people

Hi after many weeks of car hunting I finally got fed up and followed my heart , and bought my self a gorgeous octavia vrs petrol a bit of a shock to the family as they were expecting a mini mpv..but now won over and any excuse to get in the car and go..im new to all this so please excuse me if im asking something already asked and covered on forum..but feels great to be part of the family :-)
