Picked up my new motor today at long last. Really happy with it so far, build quality is better than my previous fabia 2 with no rattly panels or dashboard (yet!). Was really suprised to see that my insurance did not go up despite this being the 105tsi.

Had to do a bit of photoshopping as I got stuck behind a tractor on the way home so its already been plastered with flicked up mud rain due in tonight so it should rinse it off nicely

Like the blackbird it's lovely best in black but bugger to clean :( it will be a nightmare but worth it, I've just had some great shampoo from Asda Demon Shine £4 for 1 or. 2 for £5 ?? So I bought 4 it's brill on black

German or American strain our was German much larger, we lost ours when he was 10 yrs, hopefully you've taken tails off , I hate it when left on .we have had several other breeds but the rottweilers are a fantastic breed, whoops sorry nicked the post this ain't kennel club 'r' us sorry, the dieseled monte looks great and will be economic enjoy it

Lol, really? again??? ...it's a joke! After you repeating it so many times I realise now that the vRS front and back looks (the only ones that do differ between the entire fabia range actually), have made some people upset and/or jealous...

By that point of view, I agree that the vRS should also look as the rest of the fabias, as it wouldn't give some people such a hard time! And to me, health is above everything...

PS. This has nothing to do with your Monte mate, it find it's a nice car and given it's a Fabia you'll probably enjoy it. But some guys have been repeating themselves to death here with no apparent reason...

newbie69 i like the fabia vrs i do , I've driven 2 now and i would have one (wifey won't let me lead in shoes), thing is though its vrs and it should look awesome like a monte,thats why they've put the black pack on the vrs now as standard, however its horses for courses and beauty is in the eye of the beholder, chill pill prescribed please take sorry if you think i spoilt the thread, hopefully you will forgive me and now i say goodbye imay not return

The Monte is not different than a normal fabia, that's why they share the same motors and the same parts. It's just been painted differently and added the wheel arches. But can you buy a fabia with the 1.4TSI twincharged other than the vRS? no...

Can you see the differences? Different grill, different arrangement of the "fog" lights, different lights, different front spoiler.

I repeat, my point is not that one should like the vRS over the Monte or the other way, that's personal taste. But some things are just obvious and if the vRS did look like the Monte then it would not differ at all with the rest of the fabias. What they've done with the Monte in my opinion is to sell, the power of the color and the games it plays in your eyes, nothing more than that.
