Good luck Adam.

The stealers really do not like having to deal with a rejected car - like Adam I know.

Mine is not sure what they are going to do. They are having to take a GL2 that in 12 months has had a new engine (in first 2), on the new engine all three injectors replaced and or cleaned and re seated an exhaust temp sensor. Do they keep and sell on and take the risk it will fail again or do they just get rid is their problem.

What I can say is I did not get in my view a fair traid in value- over £500 less than a competitor.

It took 5 months to get it sorted and I never gave up.. which obviously was the right thing to do because look at the outcome. I got told no so many times, came up against a brick wall so many times but just kept plugging away and it paid off in the end! Fair comment to White Dove, they did put the money into my account in under 2 hours, that much I will give them!

Greenline estate here at the dealers broken engine :( has all ready had a new gearbox :( 2 1/2 k miles 61 plate

more expensive too ;)

Few pennies not a lot well done Adam ;)

I wonder what Skoda will do with it, will they just prep it and stick it on a forecourt somewhere for another unsuspecting buyer?

That's what our local vw dealer did when a mate of mine rejected a polo after 6 months. They actually had it up for sale for more than she originally paid too.

Was cheaper than my fabia, quite considerably.

i guess its depends on ur negotiating skills, for me the no vat vrs is a clear winner price wise and engine wise. if they did a faster fiesta then it'd be worth a punt, there a bonny car just didnt float my boat with the engines on offer but i have to admit i would LOVE the heated front screen, especially this time of year

1.4, it's very refined and quite punchy too! Thought i'd miss the TSI engine but it was very gruff in comparison and didn't really feel much pokier than this does! My TSI had a weird electric sound when u first started it, if you tapped the accelerator you could hear like a buzzing sound.. probably just my car, it was a POS.

My old dear has a 1242cc Zetec - I don't like the central console bit but apart from that it's a great car. Only 82ps but still very enjoyable to drive - the handling is superb. The heated windscreen is a big plus. Bits of trim aside it feels very well built.

There's a button on the Climatronic of my vRS to defrost the windscreen - not sure how well it works as haven't tried it yet - will no doubt soon find out!

It's called max and it just sacks the fan up and puts the air con that's all, still takes a while to clear I found in my fabia

Must say I looked at a fiesta befor the VRS and the one I got to test drive had a nasty habit of diving on turn in.

It did stick but lost me all confidence in ever being able to drive ti quickly hopefully they sort that out for the ST also has anyone noticed the new fiesta ST looks like a fish.

meant to put 'wacks'... damn iphone!!

I dont drive it hard or anything so for me its very very comfortable, safe (5* euroncap with knee airbags), very refined and quiet and good on fuel and it has lots of buttons to press.. every man loves buttons!
