Hi was out in my octavia earlier had been running for an hour stopped the car to use toilet but when i restarted car the passenger window went down its self and wouldn't go up waited 40 mins then it went back up but as soon as i started the car the window went down again and would not go back up until i warmed up the car is this an electrical problem with water or do i need to replace parts.
