I had my bonnet up earlier & looking at the front end of the car I was thinking how mean a different grille would look..

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking, I'm sure you could do a grille yourself out of standard mesh (?)

Personally, I wish they'd make a standard looking, de badged grille... Every other Skoda seems to have got one... Makes me sad. :'(

What a difference with those horizontal slats, as opposed to mesh, painted or carbon-fibre. BRILLIANT MATE. !!

Yeah, the surround is milotec, but the grill is ebay jobby plus some jiggery. I have it sitting indoors atm because im not fully keen on the grill, I tried to make it flush like oem style (which imo makes it look less like a stuck out nose), been meaning get some of these:

Put them on top and bottom grill to match, but its a bit pricey for what it is..

They had some thick plastic mesh a while ago (1-2cm in depth) and they looked pretty good but cant seem to find them anymore.

Personally I think the horizontal or mesh ones look absolutely **** ...but that's just my opinion.

Standard with colour coding looks the best by a long way! And cheaper than all the others easily!

Yep colour coding the standard chrome part gets my vote also, I shall be doing this once other grille part arrives.

Sure I've seen one somewhere though, maybe a custom ?

However- I have just noticed on eBay there is a different style vrs front grille in silver at the minute..:

Please note: this is not my grille just pointing it out to anyone on the lookout for one sorry if this has broken any rules.
