Build Week & Delivery

Can anyone advise on this one.......

Ive been informed by the dealer the car was built built week 1 and telephoned the 5/6 of January to let us know the car was awaiting shipment from the factory to the docks. We where then informed that the car was at Emsden around the 12/13th and this is where it still sits awaiting shipment!

The dealer has also in formed me (when he decides to answer the phone or return my calls) that he has has several other build week 1 cars which are already on the road and registered.

Half the problem I have is rudeness and the fact calls are now not returned, I appreciate I'm phoning twice a week but when your buying a £30k car is it to much to ask to know when to expect delivery?

They really don't do themselves any favours when you phone on a Wednesday talk for several minutes and are them told the information isn't available and they will call straight back, I'm still sitting waiting...

Got rather annoyed waiting for the return call so sent a letter to the Dealer Principle (along with the leasing company & Skoda UK on Thursday to date only the leasing company have called!

Half the reason for buying a automatic was my manky knees and having covered 25k in a 2010 1.6TDi Fabia S since placing the order has not helped :-(
