what did it turn out to be ??? im having similar issues and mine in at the vw garage being sorted hopefully not the HG or head

Wel it was the head gasket leaking on 2/3 but it turns owt that sum nice person that has serviced the car prior 2 me havein it has used the wrong oil so im now fiting new cam n bearings etc full rebuild on the head
