I am looking to get a deal together for the scottish members.

Has this been done before and how much did it cost ?

Let me know if you are interested.

With whom?

The wheel specialist at the gyle

Excellent work, At a price though!

£300 for a basic refurb!

Upto £600 for specialist finish

At that price you're well into new wheels territory

On this note, Pentland Powdercoating get good reviews too, at Loanhead.

Wouldnt touch the wheel specialist with a shi-ty stick!

That's that idea shot down in flames! :D

They made a right mess of my BMW alloys and demanded £250! lol

I have 3 firms in mind for this but need to know what kind of numbers are intrested to get the best deal.

The job they done on your wheels was poor. I would not pay for anything other than perfect.

I was getting quoted around 250 to 300 for four 16" fabia wheels. I am hoping to get a better price if 5-10 people are intrested, any takers let me know.

PPE & Newlife are both Hit and miss!

I've found a bodyshop/wheel refurber 5 minutes from me, Popped in last week & the guy seems really nice!

He has an anal attention to detail, So I'm putting my Evolo's in this week, We'll see how they turn out!

I got stevie walkers bodyshop in Bathgate to paint my standard 18" vrs alloys, changed from silver to a dark metallic anthracite colour and they made an excellent job, price wasn't too bad either - think it worked out at around £70 a wheel including re-balancing etc.

That was just painting though, no refurb involved as they were not kerbed or anything.

My alloys need refurbed, so id be interested depending on price :-) x

Wonder if they clean seats too ??? :D

Dont think they are miracle workers johnny lol
