creaking from front end?

Featured Replies

hi,

ive had a creaking coming from front and back for a while now, the front is a lot worse, its happening when going slow rather than fast over speed bumps.

ive just had the arb bushes replaced and ive had new shockers all round as they needed doing...

the garage had a good look over when doing the work and couldnt find anything else looking knackered... my car feels great to drive and handles fine just creaks when going over bloody bumps slow... maybe i should just stick to going fast lol!!!!

any ideas pals ???

thanks xx

Might sound far fetched but I had a similar issue on my Fabia Vrs and the fix was silicone grease applied to the two rubber buffers - one either side - under the bonnet near to the bulkhead. Try it!

ARB (anti-roll bar) drop links - slight movement in these can translate into a lot of creaking and knocking.
