I admit I may have a sharp tongue on occasions and that I don't suffer fools gladly, either in my professional or personal life but there is no call for your personal dislike to colour your opinions of the quality of information I provide and there is certainly no need for you to step between me and fab if we disagree or between fab and tom for that matter.

I'll also admit to some mild trolling once fab bit me, but I stand my initial contributions across the two threads:

1) The ABT magic is in the cams and the map.

2) NGK Iridium plugs are the best you can get and you should always use them when replacing standard plugs.

3) A decent CAF is by far the best and cheapest mod you can make to any N/A engine, the filter is pretty much irrelevant.

Also Tom is right; fab IS a google warrior and does not often speak from experience, so you should stop defending his bullying ways.

fab really should confine his posting to areas where he has direct experience and can make a useful contribution.

I promise I will try and control myself and resist the overwhelming temptation to troll, you have to realise that I contribute on many other technical forums in many spheres, both here and abroad, and trolling is a very widespread and largely accepted phenomenon which can provide light relief in otherwise rather dry technical discussions.
