It's going to be a beautiful day on Saturday ...wall to wall sunshine, 26 deg C and with a slight breeze, so come down to JKM ...there is free tea/coffee and Biscuits, cake, etc. etc. ...JKMs aircon guys will be there for FREE checks all day.

This is a joint day with Briskoda and Mk5 Golf so plenty see and do, meet friends/forum members (most of them don't bite....honest)

and there just may be a free space on the rollers if you want run your car.

What time will my run be approximately? I can understand the desire to keep the best till the last , but I have to be in Nth London late afternoon and this might put my participation in doubt.

I would say between 12.30 and 1pm depending on how the morning goes

Yes, was good to meet people. not sure if happy or disappointed with figures of 178.9bhp and 190ft/lb for an octy VRS. :wonder:

good to see people and put names to faces, apologies for the dash off at 10:30 but work beckoned :wonder: Very pleased with the result, 125.7hp, did someone drop another cylinder in :think:

just got back (i know its a bit late but had a taster of advanced driving lesson ). Thank you to everyone who turned up from both briskoda and mark 5 golf. Am now looking like a lobster tho!!! oops. just getting pics sorted then will be putting them up here.

Good to meet everyone again, and what wonderful weather which was a massive improvement on Castle Combe. Audi made it home fine, so after some shopping I am going outside with a nice cool beer.

Did 'the bullet' run today?

Some impressive figures today from a KO4 Golf with water meth and Dans Leon, both of 'em over 360bhp and a tidy Clio Cup turbo with 270bhp being the highlights ..................... oh and the 'bullet ran 412bhp!!

Great to see everybody again especially Ian, Steve and Chris whom I haven't seen for aaaaaaages, thanks to Lorna for organising and for a progressive and safe drive home with lots of good improvements in the right areas.

It was my first meet and I would like to say thank you for making me feel so welcome.

Some lovely cars and everyone seemed to be happy with their results.

Looks like a good day, any sun burnt heads by the end of it. My plaster didn't finish 'til 3 in the afternoon, so much for my guess of a couple of hours...
