07 Reg Mk1 Octavia

Featured Replies

As per the title, on the way to work this morning I saw an 07 reg mk1 Octavia taxi? I thought Trev's was a late one being an 06 model. Any one else seen any later than this? It was strange because sitting behind it at the lights was a 55 reg mk2 lol.

theres a thread somewhere aboutthis this taxi's have mk1 on 09 plates :giggle:

In Sheffield every single one has a number plate that isn't possible. I thought maybe private plates, but they can't lower the age of the vehicle. So unless theres a field full of Mk1 Octy's unregistered i'm out of ideas. :wonder:

We've got a couple of 09 mk1's on our system. Latest I've ever seen registered was a 59 mk1.

There's chat of the mk1 still being avaliable new at the taxi centre but that's not true otherwise we would still be buying them. Amazing car for taxi-Ing

there is an 07 mk 1 octavia Taxi here in Worcester. Had me baffled the first time I saw it!!

Yep the good old MK 1 was made up until 2010.

The taxi lot realised early on that the mk2 octy was (and still is) inferior to the mk1 octy lol

Done my own research with 4 cab drivers with mk2 octys and all 4 of them would of rather kept their mk1 lol
