Does anyone have a wiring diagram, they wouldn't mind scanning, for the electric heated mirrors at all? I've looked in my Haynes manual but doesn't seem to be there.

Have the mirrors and the switch, only requiring them to link together

hi there your best bet is to get a loom from a car with cl and mirrors as the mirror loom has the cl loom in itif you need and help with this let me know as i done this to my car along with the cl and electric windows and the engine from SLXi

So should the truck already have the connectors on the wiring loom,I have a 98 feli pickup mk2 doors inc Mirrors & central Locking with wiring harness to the point it enters the truck through the door,

In my footwell im left with the plugs...SO somewhere behind the dash under the carpets should there be the other end to plug up to..

Or does anyone have any details on wiring into the loom......

It is all there. You would need the loom for the mirrors, which I purchased from uma and it includes the central locking wiring too..

The plug was jammed just above the radio and to the left if looking at it and was a PITA to clip together.

The running of the wires was easy and the earthing point is on the steering column.

The mirror electrics are effectively in 2 parts: motion and heating. To get the heating to work, you'll need the heated rear-screen dashboard switch and relay. (The mirrors were supposed to heat with the rear-screen from what I've been told.)

So the heated element from the mirrors is this the green plug i have found not connected to anything,behind my cluster of switches..

I have the loom within the doorsfor mirrors & central locking,Do i need a further harness from the point it hits the footwell to the main loom or should there be plugs sat waiting part of the main loom,

Dash is out this weekend for a little face lift so gunna pull the carpets too see what nasties i might find... :think:

I think the central-locking needs a loom (It was Jan '11 when I did mine, so memory is a little hazy). It connects the doors, control unit and power together. TBH I can't remember if the car needed a loom for the mirrors, when they were installed there were two of us doing it.

Give UMA1998 a shout, he was the other person when I did mine, and I know he's done a couple more.

The loom I had from UMA was in one part and had the CL and mirror loom in one but looked like it had been like that since it was put in the car from new.. UMA can clarify that

hi there the mirror loom has the central locking on it as well as the heated mirrors and mirrors if you wanna fit to a pick up you will need the switch relay and fuse to get heaters on mirrors to work on a car its just plug and play

You could either get yourself a new grab handle that has the holes precut/a switch attached or what I did was;

 

Take off the existing grab handle

Locate the biggest area next to the handle bit (Top left/right depending on side)

Drill holes to locate said switch

Glue in place or what I did was; use windscreen sticky stuff and it didn't go anywhere

 

Still have my heated mirrors (Silver) and the door switch to sell.... no body loom though (As it was a pain to get in, I left it in the car when I sold it)

If you take a butchers on ebay., there are many about ‘Skoda Felicia electric mirror switch’

 

FYI; You will still need the 2 door looms + the main central body loom

I just painted both mirrors with black paint, really look bad, so, for  usd 25 in a painting shop they did the job with white polyurethane paint. I'm still looking for the looms.

My dealer in Latvia just send me the switch. My painter just delivered my mirrors in Bogota. 

 

Today, I have some time to work with the pickup, so I drilled the hole and glued (with silicone).
