Hi, my sons Fabia Comfort 04 has developed a difficult problem. The central locking and the front electric windows have developed a mind of their own ( they just keep opening and at the same time unlocking ) whenever they feel like it ) Car got soaking wet the other night as went to bed with windows up and car locked , came down in morning windows wide open and unlocked ) . This is happening 2 - 3 times a day.

Have disconnected the key fob in case but that's not the problem as it's still doing it. Please help - Julie

I could scan it if you came to me in Exmouth, but I would suspect a dodgy central convenience module.

Hi & welcome. We had exactly the same problem with our mk 1 Octy, all windows down of their own accord and often when wet! Despite numerous diagnostic input we just couldn't pin point the problem so ended up px'ing for a Fabia. I appreciate how frustrating this is and sorry I can't help further. Rob.
