... I absolutely love it.

3000 miles under its belt and I have managed to let loose most of 170 horses up front and 2 budgies in the boot! (Was going to get out and sort that this afternoon but rain has stopped play).

Hosepipe ban is not helping me in my quest to keep it looking perfect.

Very impressed by the consumption, average of 46mpg. On a "no rush" journey from Manchester to Bristol last Thursday I set the cruise at 70 and the computer stated 57.8 mpg, it was better (59.1) until a bit of snarl around Birmingham but the truth will only out if I fill up immediately afterwards next time.

Spinning the wheels in second on a rapid exit from a junction raised a smile.

One question I have though is, is there any way of preventing the leather on the right hand lower bolster creasing? I get in and out as carefully as possible, but a few are beginning to appear. I did read on here sometime ago about a leather cleaner that seemed to prevent the shininess and creases from setting in.

Roll on the next few thousand miles to get it even looser, oh and next Monday when the detailer comes round to do a proper job on the paintwork and interior.

David.

Glad u like ur new car, as for the leather bolster its very badly creased in most u see even ones with only 5k miles done, to be honest the leather in a Vrs isnt great I think and not the best quality, iv seen even vw leather stand up to more.

My seat bolster is nice and flat not creased as the last owner was a big lad :)

Try poor boys leather cleaner/conditioner I find it great stuff.
