hey all, bought some fly eyes on the weekend and they come today so thought i would fit them as it wasnt raining (for a change). very simple job was pleasantly surprised. Bought more than enough for the fogs and lights and cost just over £8 posted so for that money i thought why not, if i dont like it i can bin it.

so some pics fitted, let me know your thought.

cant decide if i prefer them or not at the moment, but i dont think they look bad. so they can stay now for a change.

my grill is getting wrapped matte black soon to which i think will improve it again.

standard is chrome inside clear plastic case, unless yours are tinted by previous owner.

yes very easy took half hour for them all, comes with a craft knife and card with soft edge to smooth it out. you can take it on and off alot and still fine untill you heat it when your happy then its sets the glue off.

have searched ebay but couldnt find any, where did u get them? and are they MOT proof?

Type fly eyes in google they have a website and can use paypal. I bought black variant 2, size 45x60 and was plenty.

As long as the beam isn't affected, it looks good. I was always put off as I never want to comprimise the headlight performance even a tiny percentage.

Look best on yellow,fitted it on mine about a year ago,proper simple to fit n awesome price. .

N mine passed mot with no trouble,beam and colour ain't affected :-). .

I fly eyed my fabia headlights and from a distance they look spot on, close up the look garbage! They also effected the light output as you could see the tiny holes projecting from the beam on the road so tore them off.

Took mine out in the dark then colour and brightness is fine but get beams of light like stated. Going to take to my mates mot place to put on the graph just to check. But i can deal with the new pattern just abit wierd at first but just want to check.

yer they are pretty dark in some light and other times not so bad.

took some nicer photos today after a quick clean and they look lighter in them.

they are really growing on me now, glad i got them in time for castle comb day!
