As my octy is such a grandad colour i thought i would try and spruce it up a bit. i have seen a few guys who have wrapped the chrome grill, which i intend to do but what about the coloured bit of grill suround as well? i had some cheap vinyl so gave it a go. Opinions or thoughts welcome. i have some new pastyboy badges to go on later.

I reckon save up and get it sprayed. It might look a bit gash if you just change bits here and there?

Id go the respray route too. At least then your gauranteed its all going to match, rather than looking

a bit like its had bit fall off and be replaced then colour matched as best you could.

Be worth the bobs saved, and... you get to set an entire colour scheme for scrath, rather trying to tie it together

to a colour you dont like.

Just req the right touches

don't get a respray, that colour is an acquired taste, but any respray will look a bit gash over time.

instead do as suggested, work on the small finishing touches

i am going to do the chrome bit as well! just thought i would see what it looked like with the other bit done as well. might fly eye or laminex headlights to make the whole front look black? thoughts?

sorry guys but i havnt got the cash for a respray, and the car only cost me 1200 quid so really not worth respraying it! just want to spruce it up a bit really

Have you thought a vrs bumper and a cupra splitter ?

If your struggling for dosh demon tweeks offer a pay monthly option or you could pick up some 17" rims off edition 38 in average condition for 200 ish! Some old audi s3 alloys would look nice, even go over them with some matt black
