My wife has just picked up her new Fabia, we are now officially a two skoda family. One small question, there is a line down the centre of the windscreen, does anyone know what it is for? I thought it might be something to do with the auto wiper on higher spec models but would be interested to hear a more educated view.

Personally don't rate the search functions on forums, not always do they work. But as said FM aerial.

The search function worked for me - I spotted it and thought I had a crack in the windscreen - it was only when I saw that it was dead centre and very straight that I realised it must be something else. I'm a halfwit !

Agree using the search function isn't always productive though.
