vrs out of the box

Featured Replies

Hi there I have just bought a new 05 vrs today and cant wait to get it all modded up, if anyone can give me some starting points that would be great :)

Hello and Welcome :wavey:

Have you got a Fabia or an Octavia ?

If its a Fabia

1. Eibach springs

2. Find yourself a good second hand set of 312mm brakes

Have a search on both subjects.

And welcome.

How about giving it a LITTLE time to at least run it in ;)

Hello and welcome .... after a little run in eg 5,000 miles got to jabba and have a remap!

Indeed, put some miles on it, get used to it, then when it comes to modding it will feel so much more satisfying and you will have a good judgment of how it feels before and after :D

Above all welcome :wave: :)

I would recommend getting a green cotton air filter, cupra intake pipe before going for a remap as it has better results.

Other than that (depending how big you budget is)

*milltek exhaust

* Wheels

* Eibachs

* Strut brace

NOTE:- Strut brace and intake can be taken stright from a seat ibiza cupra. Can be ordered directly from seat dealer.

Alex

P.S Anyone have any idea of what audible difference obtained from a green cotton and intake?

Hello and welcome!

Keep it standard, it will be worth more as it will be the only one not mod'd :D

Have a search in the Fabia Forum for more info. Give it time to let the engine bed in. After that it depends on how big your pockets are

Welcome.
