Just bought some smoked lamin-x and some yellow lamin-x and got cracked on with doing the headlights and fogs,

What you think?

just make sure you take your time matey use a hair dryer or heat gun and warm it up well n stretch it and push out all the bubbles or thats how i did it ha

I went subtle also, nice and subtle!

I found if you lightly mist the headlights with water I didnt get any air bubbles and made it much easier to lift if you place it wrong, which made the job a piece of .....!

Yeah had Tuesday off for a costume fitting for some "extra" work I'm doing and managed to squeeze in a quick 2 bucket handwash, but stripped the bodywork from the old polish and wax, clayed and started again a couple months ago so comes up gleaming with not much effort! (was looking imbarrasing a day before that!)

so many would follow suit. I think it really suits the black ones.

The plate surround is standard (matt black)

In hign sight, I would do the grill surround and fog lights matt to match the rest (inner grills etc) as they do look a little out of place and would possibly look more oem.... Worth thinking about if you're considering it.

I used black fly eyes tint on mine. Looks really good and so easy to fit but when you get up close Lamin-X looks better.

yeh i agree matey i didnt like the fly eye stuff

i was thinking of using fly eyes on mine as they claim its legal because it doesnt change light output, lamin-x looks nice but i wanna try and personalise the car as much as possible without the fuzz finding any reason to give me points!
