Auto CZ article with some detail pics including suspension

I can't help thinking that looks cheap tacky & nasty. I mean from the outside it looks fine, but the more pictures I see of the inside the more I dislike it, the more it looks like a low end Ford.

Seeing the centre console, the Admunsen Sat Nav display is small and not brilliant, the seats look awful, there's no climate control... Eeerugh.

I think it must be VW headquarters which insisted that Skoda does not get too close to VW/Audi in terms of perceived quality. It does look less upmarket but i don't think it looks cheap. And for the price and value for money its no comparison, its Skoda all the way.

Looks like any other Skoda inside, cheap but durable..... I like it but wheres the estate?!!!

Guys, it's targeted to be a cheap family car. Therefore it cannot have an Octy/Superb quality interior and equipment. If that is what you want and need, then the Rapid is not the car for you.

It will be of Roomster/Fabia quality, and lets be honest, there's not a lot wrong with that.

Estate will follow up to a year after launch IIRC.
