good place to order gen parts?

Featured Replies

wondering if anyone knows of any cheaper places to order gen parts than from a dealer?when i used to own vauxhalls theres a place called autovaux that used to sell gen parts cheaper than vauxhall, surly there gotta be something about for skoda?

vwspares.co.uk

awesome service and good prices

TPS if they'll deal with you.

www.vwspares.co.uk are also quite good.

GSF aren't bad either.

Give your dealer a call first - some bits you may be surprised that they're not that expensive.

Dealers, TPS or Ebay are about the only places you're going to get genuine, and the latter is always going to be a gamble unless you see the part inside a sealed VAG packet in the listing's photo(s).

GSF, ECP, vwspares etc are all going to be cheap pattern copies, and they are all going to claim that theirs are OE quality, blah blah.

Edit: Oh, and don't Autovaux just pretend to sell a lot of genuine Vx stuff, but IIRC anything that had an 'N' at the end of the part number was non-genuine, and that was the vast majority of what they sold!

not tried them yet but was told they don't bother especially if you're not too clean and tidy when you go in !!!

vwspares.co.uk ordered from them a few times and the service is great.

skodaparts.com if you want to order through a dealer, great service and very helpful
