how to remove panel to access boot solenoid on octavia II

Hi guys

this is my first post so excuse me if i have posted in the wrong section. I just want to know how to remove the boot panel in front of solenoid, i have removed the 10mm nuts from the bottom of the panel (just above spare wheel) but cannot lift the panel off. I notice that it can slide left or right but still I cannot remove it, I need to access the solenoid as I cannot open boot with key fob or switch on console. once again sorry if posted wrongly and thanks in advance for help
