Just wondering what sort of price I should be looking at for a new vRS.... Ive read many reviews and am eagerly waiting getting my hands on my own...

Also how many miles do you think you should wait till you re-map?

It can be worth seeing if one in the UK has the options/colour you want as, if like me, you were trading in your trade in can depriciate more than you could save.

It's a case of having a good old shop around the dealers, phone several and see who offers best.

No harm in getting prices from t'internet then doing the rounds at the dealers - I did this and saved myself over a grand and a half

PS if you're picky about options you're probably looking at a 3 month wait but at least you get what you want then. I had to wait for my 05 spec vRS with xenons, cruise, sunroof and diamond silver metallic paint. Managed to blag a free supaguard application though. With the above options, I paid roughly list price
