New Skoda Fabia, Rear window seal intermittent squeaking noise.

I am new to the forum. I live in Malta and have recently bought a new skoda fabia combi. I have noticed that when I have the rear windows open I get an intermittent squeaking, high pitch whistle noise coming from what seems to be the rear upper corner of the window rubber seal. The noise is sometimes even audible at 45km/hr. It happens when there is enough apparent wind hitting the seal. It happens much less on the rear window at the passenger side but it still happens at higher speeds. the noise is sometimes even audible with the radio on. It may be a defect in the widows rubber seals? Have any of you had the same problem and how did you rectify it ?
