Confused about vRS

Featured Replies

Hey all. Looking to buy a second hand Octavia. I don't know much about them so this might be a stupid question. But from what I understand from reading online, the vRS models have 1.8l engines.

I found a nicely priced one which is a " 2002, Skoda Octavia HB 1,6 Ambiente *RS Look* "

On the back it says "vRS". But it is a 1.6. Is this normal? cheers!

Thats what I suspected. Didn't really understand the *RS Look* part. Do you think it is worth buying? (the price is cheap for over here).

RS=vRS. All vRS are 1.8t and only came in red, black, yellow or silver. With rare white ones that are ex-police or the limited edition 100.

It looks in good condition. As far as I can see the only vRS look stuff are a rear spoiler and a 10 quid badge :-)
