What do you think?

Also I am a bit conserned as I know when you start up it takes a sec or 2 for the PAS to go light to use but twice now Ive had to wait 40+ seconds fo the the steering to kick in? untill it does it is heavier than a car without PAS?

what are your thoughts on this too?

I am only using VCDS lite.

Ignition on but not running and Ive just got home from work so car is warm and been driven 41mile.

For your address 09 problem, refer to this:-

The alternator does not charge until above about 2000rpm with the above problem, so there may not be enough voltage in the battery for your PAS to work until you have passed that engine speed. While not ideal, try giving the car a few revs and see if the PAS light goes off.

My thoughts are that you have some dodgy speaker wiring

I know about radio. It is all fooooooooct up via a prev owner having ice crap! And it not being put back to std properly.

I have no lights on the dash neither. Everything goes off like it should. Ill let it develop nevway.

Cam sensor is one i am worried about most.

Not too bothered about the car as its just a runner for work but i need it to last and work so need to take some care of it lol.

Oh well
