that's what is says on the bottle ;)

I use it all the time, and have done for years, I've also used their previous product too (Diesel Power Sport 4).

If you haven't used it before, double dose it for the first tank or two.

Yeah I will do am I better off filling the tank right up

what benefits does this give?

I've heard better performance and mpg

It cleans the injectors and adds more cetane to improve power and help economy.

I think it works out to be cheaper, per tank than these Super diesels (VPD etc).

Quakery is still alive and thriving judging by the many bottles coming out weekly promising everything in a bottle .One large retail outlet I used to work for many years ago, the staff in the warehouse used to have these type of wonder products on a shelf they called the dream shelf. Some say Millers is the finest thing since sliced bread, myself found little or no difference when used in several diesel cars and vans.Just drive sensibly to get the best fuel economy and use a good branded diesel to start with IMHO .

I have a bottle of Millers somewhere.

I've not bothered with it for about a year.

I never noticed a difference at all, whether using single, double or no dose.

Best way to clean out your engine and make sure you get best performance and MPG?...... Thrash the hell out of it for an hour or so :)

Since doing a track day in May, my car has never felt so responsive.

the good old italian tune up then :)

works well on my fabia greenline II to clear the DPF once every other tank

An excellent product, i use it all the time, mostly to cut down on the smoke which it does and to keep injectors clean. Dont see big improvement on mpg but i feel its doing good for my car.

I regulary use this stuff and I don't really notice anything other than it helps cut the smoke down a little when I put my foot down.

Anyone use the valvoline or redex additives?

I used it in my Focus TDCI and it used to start a lot better!

What would be peoples opinions be on putting the whole bottle (500ml) into half a tank full of diesel? any benefits or negatives?

Does it not say 25/50ml per tank on the bottle?

Id guess it'll just be a waste for 500ml into Half a tank?

Just wondered if it'd clean things up more? I know of mechanics using forte treatments in much higher dosage ratios than they state on the labels.

It'd be more concentrated but it'd be like putting a full bottle of bleach down the toilet rather than the amount needed to do the job.

Personally I'd not bother but it's your money/car.

I wouldn't do that either. The instructions say put 50ml in per 50 litres of diesel. I put just under 50ml in 45l diesel, but I'm wouldn't risk putting the whole bottle in, with no idea what it does (good or bad).

Doesnt make a fluff worth of a difference

Its a placebo

Injector/fuel cleaners work. How they work is dependent on how or where you drive on a regular basis. I drive my car from Surrey into South East London every day which is a typical stop start trip. Every couple couple of months it gets a full tank and a bottle of what ever is reputable and cheap at the time thrown in. Don't bother with "performance fuels" as they just do the same thing but charge you on a more regular basis. Diesel cars produce a load of crap that needs cleaning every now and again. Its just logic at the end of the day.
