First just purchased a bootliner for Towquipe Limited via Ebay despited being quoted as tailored fit was 3 inch to small. They tried to blame the supplier then after some pressure have agreed to refund including return postage... Has any one else had problems with this supplier or getting one to fit?

Next can anyone advise where I can purchase a good boot liner for a 2012 5 door Octavia at a good price that will fit?

Welcome, I got mine from here http://www.roofbox.co.uk/car-boot-liners-mats/ cheaper than OEM not sure on how much through. good fit except for 2 middle eyelets missing. that was over 2 years ago so might have changed since.
