Featured Replies

As title, just wondering if anyone has done it?

If possible a silver car but not fussed.

Cheers

I haven't but I am considering it for a bit of winter protection

Ive emailed plasti dip uk about some Blaze Blue plasti dip, if they can get hold of it, I will be doing it and shall post my results

Yes it has been done - There is a video on youtube which shows the guy peeling it off after he was bored of the colour!

I know its been done before but i asked for pics on a fabia VRS spider wheels.

Im assuming this is a very temporary covering (like less than a year they would last) ?

For the £20 I got my can for I think I'd give that a miss, quite pricey and too temporary for my liking.

Although having said that having done the front grille that must get some fair battering and so far mine seems ok in the short time so far - but I purposefully don't deliberately wash and rub the area.

Its cleaning them I'd be wary of, possibly best just to wash them off with a watering can or something ?

Its supposed to be suprsingly hard wearing based on things ive read on other forums its seems to have been on one guys car for just under a year with no issues.

I was chatting to a guy at a show and he said that it should last about 5 years.
