Unfortunately you missed by £33 exactly. A courier means taking time off and waiting in, which I really wanted to avoid. I can get them as far as the Dartford tunnel or south east London if that helps anyone, thats the best I can do.

Thanks Poloman very noble of you to keep the offer open, but it ain't going to happen as mentioned I'm not interested in getting involved with Couriers and certainly not at the offer you are making. The best I can and will do, is £250 cash on collection and thats it.

Mike, I am selling both sets of my wheels on ebay at the moment and my new ones are yet to arrive (can you see my issue). Rather than mess people about hanging onto them I would rather get them shipped out asap, as I would want someone to do for me. Hence the reason a set of wheels to roll about on would be good.

How knackered are the tyres as a couple of images wont open for me?

To be brutally honest I would only be using them for a week or so and then sticking them on ebay.

I am in Five Oak Green so only up the road.

Rob, without looking at them, one tyre is illegal the others are usable. try accessing the images on my flickr account http://www.flickr.com/photos/buckmoreboy/ you can enlarge the images as well as required.

Thanks Guys, not in too much of a rush, if they go they go if not then whatever..they'll probably be more timewasters, tyrekickers and dreamers than here if I post elsewhere. I don't know what it is with this type of selling, just posted on another forum, an x reg VW Sharan diseasal for £700 with possible unconfirmed cylinder head problems and got critised by another member for selling ****e on the forum. I give up with this selling game. Agreed I haven't got the tolerance for it but its not made easy by numpties who have to stick their tuppence worth in critising the price and or product with no intention of buying what is it in people psyche that makes them want to do it. Thread is now deleted and Sharan will be weighed in.

Hi. Sorry for not getting back to you.

I was considering fitting them to run around on, but as one needs a new tyre if wont make financial sense.

I have a new set of wheels that have no tyres. They are not here yet and I haven't got any tyres for them so I need wheels to drive on to get them fitted when they arrive.

I hit a pothole the other night and damaged a wheel and disconnected my exhaust so I was sidetracked a bit there.

I then sold the wheels to someone and had to fit my 'spares'. That incidentally I was holding for someone else, who changed their mind and I subsequently sold them to someone else.

I am now using them until the end of this week until my new wheels and tyres arrive and get fitted.

Sorry to waste your time and not get back to you, but strictly speaking it is still 'later' than my original post.

I would have genuinely bought them if I would have been able to bolt them on and run them as I now have to clean the wheels I am running again as they were immaculate, but needs must and all that.

I need to get hold of some wheels to fit some winter tyres to and these could be an option especially if your going to be around Birmingham (its a hlaf way between me and you).
