it seems there are a good few of us waiting on factory orders, I thought it'd be nice if we all shared what we've ordered and the current status of it.

Ordered on the 10th of September and the dealer said it would be about 8 -12 weeks, going to phone him near the end of this month and see if they have any build week yet.

I think having a silver VRS will give it a bit of a stealth look personally.

I ordered mine 3 weeks ago in Ireland and was given build week 42 with delivery week 46. I won't be registering it until jan 2013.

Our standard vRS spec has

- rear parking sensors

- Bluetooth

- spare wheel

- 17" Zenith alloys

I added the following

- Candy White

- Amundsen + with DAB and BT

- automatic folding mirrors

- hill assist braking

- upgrade to 18" Black Neptunes.

- alacantra trim with red stitching

Great news for us both as mine was similar spec ordered just a week after yours. Here's hoping you don't get any delays and mine sneaks in to wk43 (although doubt build weeks quite work like that)

Welcome. Should mean that they bash out all the factory orders first before the ones for stock to serve those in the run down to the new model.

FYI, I'm picking mine up on Tuesday, that's exactly 12 weeks from order date.

Just rang the dealership & was told that my build week is provisionally booked in for the 3rd week of this month (although this is not confirmed & so is still subject to change).

If all goes well they said they should get it mid November.

Great news! Here's hoping I get some sort of an update soon then bearing in mind we ordered the same day.

Phoned the dealer tonight to pay the final part of my deposit and was told mine was scheduled for build week 45 which should be w/c 5th November. He seemed surprised about how quick this had been scheduled bearing in mind I placed the order on the 5th October.

Anyway, she's on the system, that's the main thing. Gonna be a long 3 months though!
