Hiya.

There's a number of things that could be:-

  1. Particularly likely if you've had the brake fluid renewed recently - Clutch needs bled: The garage that changed the fluid should have known and done this, so it's on them.
  2. Gear linkage needs adjusting.
  3. Clutch slave cylinder needs replacing.
  4. Clutch plate is nearing the end of its life. DOes the biting point of the clutch seen very high or very low? If so, then this is the problem.

as above, my bet is linkeage adjustment, heres a guide, try that first, as its free

Do not try this without removing the battery.

You'll likely bust the locking pin as access is almost impossible with the battery and tray in the way.
