Alloy wheel colour?

Featured Replies

I'm having some body work done on insurance as a bin lorry parked into the side of my car.

I'm going to get my spoiler re sprayed, bonnet and alloys at the same time.

However, as the car is red, do I stick to silver or does anyone have any other ideas?

I would personally do them in white pearl as it looks stunning with red bodywork in my opinion , there is a down side of cleanliness.

Gunmetal or black would be my choice for the wheels.

The more I look at anthracite, black and white, the more I think I'm inclined to keep them silver. Could just be my old age.

Definitely anthracite on red bodywork, it looks orsum!

black wheels and grille on red look good

A medium metallic grey looks good on red.

My old corrida red vrs just a pic to show wheel colour

I've just recently bought a Mk1 Octavia in red and the previous owner had refurbed the wheels in gloss black... I'm not sure about the whole red on black tho - think it makes the car look too dark.

So I'm looking into either refurbing back to silver or seeing if I can find some second hand Mk2 Octavia wheels in silver to buy to replace.
