Always polite to flash and wave, I just never do it when the mrs is sat next to me

90% of the other vrs drivers I see are about 102. Flashing them would just cause them to do something stupid no doubt

Lol, on a serious note I always flash other fabia vrs owners, if I get a response then that's good if I don't then hey ho!

They're just not rare enough or enthusiast owned to make this worthwhile. On todays' roads it'd probably be taken in a hostile way too!

A fabia vrs not rare enough? I hardly ever see one when Im driving about, me and the gf played who can spot the first fabia vrs driving down south in the summer and we didn't see a single one

Bad times, every blue rinse is rolling in one round here. Still, better than Chavs owning them I guess lol

+1 for the polite flash and wave, nine times out of ten it seems the other guy is doing this anyway.

It often depends what you're driving. In our old Type 2 camper we virtually couldn't fail to be acknowledged. I look out for other Fun's but the very few times I've passed one I've been in the Fab and if I flash etc they quite understandably don't get it :wonder:

Well iv been doing it for now in my aria and some of the ppl i see on the roads quite a lot now beat me to it. Passed a vrs the other day doing 110 and he must of been doing about the same the other way and we still had time for a quick flash of the lights.

I don't know what it is about the fabia vrs i just love it. Was always one of the cars i looked at when i was driving a clapped out old fiesta thinking thats mint but i will never be able to have one. Its just one of the cars i really appreciate so i will got forth and flash my lights at other fabia owners because to be fair we are mint.

I travel every day on the A21 and M25, I pass different cars daily and do not often see the same ones, see a fair few Fab and Oct vRS's but the miserable buggers look at you really strangely when you wave or flash!
