S3 phonebook not loading on my Monte Carlo

Help!!

Recently got an Galaxy S3 and I'm 'sure' the phonebook was ok. Anyway there was a phone update in the last 48 hours and today only 25 of my contacts are showing on the car display.

I've done the following, but still nothing :-(

ensured that alll contacts (66) have a name in the 'first name' field.

Set car to list by first name

checked that all 66 contacts are on my phone and not SIM

"de-linked", then renamed my phone and re-connected

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
