how much wonga are you willing to spend?

keeping it as a daily driver?

you want top end or early boost/torque?

any turbo is worthless if you haven't got the right map, so don't save on that!

Hi,

I think i put in op about what i liked, but I would like punch out of the blocks but also staying power at top of rev range. Yes she is my daily driver, hence no big turbo set up wanted.

as for wonga, if its worth it then price isnt an issue just not £££££'s to spend on it. currently she has a Shark stage 2 map which was producing around 235-238 bhp. But obviously when new turbo goes on then i suspect a full custom map will go on.

Hi Dave,

What about the APR KO4 kit from awesome, they are even offering free fitting too?

Hey Bud,

Yeah thought about it, discarded it as mucho money for what you got, and didnt need half the set up they were offering. As for free fitting, she wont be going anywhere fast. she is ready and waiting for her new heart so to speak.

she is sharing her new home for a while with one of these, but what is it? ha ha! reckon my engine would fit in it?

I also have my trusty helper like everyone else, who seems to do a lot of sleeping on job

Rock up to young farmers in that!!!

after seeing whats been done with a k03s today stick with that lol

nick @ r-tech has pushed 261 bhp from one backed up on more than one dyno fecking amazing

well done nick

and a k04 pushing 307 bhp

he is a legend

exactly the reason why i chose him to map my car!!!

260 Bhp from stock k03s its a good result, however i believe that this was made on new turbo and power is going down with time, my vrs was remapped to 247 bhp on standard turbo (Neuspeed Turbo Intake Pipe,Boost Controller, forge 007p) now after 8 years i got only 200, thats why im sending in January turbo to AET and going for hybrid stage 1. This is mainly a strengthening upgrade to cope with remaps – stronger 360 thrust and total seal piston rings, and of curse small engine renovation, after that i will get again 250 bhp, i thing that this is safe power for stock engine, clutch and other parts , but if some1 wanna go for 300bhp and spend big bag of money should go for k04

dyno attached

Luk

check your forge 007p is not leaking.that can rob you of 20hp!

Aha.... Dave

That is the mark the maker of all things shiny in was on about ;)

And a very nice chap thats going to give me his engine :D

Tehe

why cant all tracktors be like that lol. OMG thats ace lol, no traffic jams if they were lol

That tractor is awesome ! Just needs wider tyres on the back and a wheelie bar :)

A welded diff wouldn't go amiss then it'd do awesome drifty skids :)
