One of my mate's wife has a fabia3, and he had to use it the other day, and someone had cut him up, and nu-renown to him he has one of the worst horns going. He was so embarresed.

So my question is, is it possible to get a horn off the VRS (same shape) and fit it on his?

Lower the Window down and hurl Verbal Abuse, better than a horn

I've got a 1.6 Elegance and my mates always have a laff at the wimpy noise the horn makes - t'was the same with my previous Fabia 3

I liken the Fabia horn noise to that made by a small dog when its tail is stood on (by accident, I hasten to add).

The horn on my Fabia is pathetic too. I doubt most people would hear it over their stereos. I don't use the horn unless necessary -surely the point is that it should make a loud noise to alert people.

My small dogs are a lot more noticeable. I reckon it sounds like a very polite, little lamb going 'bhaa'

Did this same conversion about a year ago and left the info on the forum it's cheap and easy to do and makes a lot of differance well worth the short time and effort.

I've done the same as the above vid. It is a good mod and can be done cheap.

I've heard you need to run the power through a relay because of the low power of the standard horn but I never seen one going on in the vid. I've got a pair of snail air horns ready to go on. If I don't need to faff about with a relay I'll fit them tomorrow

No need for a relay.

Got them fitted what a difference to the original horn ( if that's what you call it).
