Fitting the new Hybrid turbo today and was free spionning this morning. Since then we clocked the housing, then bolted it on. Before connecting up the oil feed, we were going to prime it, so tried to spin the impeller, but its rock solid?!

So to confirm, it hasnt ran, has simply been clocked and then bolted on. What would cause this?

Have imspected both oil inlet and outlet and both impellers but no debris and completely spotless.

Have you tryd just unbolting it again from where you clocked it to see if you done something wrong?

Tried removing the inlet housing so the wheel is exposed now. Still seized. I can turn it with a spanner on the end, but its definitely not free as it should be, or was before?
