if you mean that one that is what i have atm but a 12 running at 4ohm amp is 500watt but at 4ohm runs at 340 so about perfect. yet w3 at 2ohm 500watt which i thought was perfect match but i think ideally needed 4 gauge and the xd amp but oh well it seems to do 500watt or more involves alot of money and work lesson learnt twice there third time lucky maybe lol!!

The xd amps sound nice and are crazy small but u do loose any bass boost.... So you end up

I see your point with the orions however if i was to spend that money id go above and beyond them .. id use 2 digital design 15s wired down to 0.5 ohm

plus if you kill them you can get re cones

but im on a budget ... its a see saw mod the vrs or play with expensive subs ....

as a single woofer not too bad but bored of mine but as a twin setup ported can imagine they would be as good as the w3. i have thought of getting mine as a twin setup but i like having the boot space aswell. but atm as much as i love the jl audio gear money is abit tight atm as i am trying to focus on more power and handling atm. so i am thinking of just getting a vibe space woofer and also get my 4 gauge wiring put in and go from there as i know vibe is not to everyone's taste but there top range stuff is pretty good and once i have got to my targets will think of going back to jl have to see how i fair with the vibe gear or even the hertz audio.

The larger cable should help.,,, i was alway told to think of amp power like water lol
